Scores Dashboard and Exports - Standard Ed Knowledge Base

Overview

Scores are calculated in real time as teachers enter data. There are two ways to work with them: the scores dashboard for browsing and filtering, and a raw export for analysis outside the platform.

The Scores Dashboard

District administrators can browse results broken down by:

School
Grade
Race
Gender

The output view mirrors how Ci3T suggests SRSS data be presented, so the dashboard should look familiar to anyone who has worked through Ci3T materials and can be used directly in team meetings without reformatting.

Because scoring is real-time, you can review partial results mid-window. Treat them as provisional — a building at 40% completion is not yet a representative picture of that building.

Additional Filters

Beyond the breakdowns above, results can be filtered by term (Fall, Winter, Spring), school year, and by externalizing and internalizing tier. Subgroup filters for SWD (Students with Disabilities) and ED (Economically Disadvantaged) are also available. See SRSS-IE Overview for the full filter list and what each tier means.

Raw Data Export

A raw export of the screening data is available for analysis outside the platform. The export:

Anonymizes student names by default
Automatically calculates the internalizing and externalizing score for each student
Applies the correct tier label based on those scores, so you are not re-implementing the scoring rules in a spreadsheet

An export that includes student names can also be produced when your workflow requires identifying individual students — for example, building intervention lists for a school team.

The named export carries student-identifying data

A named export pairs individual students with behavioral screening results. Handle it under your district's student data policy: limit who receives it, avoid emailing it as an attachment, and delete working copies when you are finished with them.

Comparing Across Terms

SRSS-IE can be run up to three times a year. Comparing Fall, Winter, and Spring is how you tell whether interventions are moving the needle, rather than treating any single window as a verdict.

Screening is not diagnosis

A High Risk score indicates a student may need further assessment — not that they have a diagnosed condition. Use results as one data point alongside other observations and assessments.
